Primary and Major Responsibilities:

- Provide application engineering support to customers and field application engineering team.

- Ensure that customer's needs are met by testing new products in real application circuits.

- Write datasheets, application notes, system integration guides, and new product proposals for internal and/or external use.

- Work closely with customers and business managers to provide the best solutions for design-in activities and achieve design-wins.

- Conduct technical seminars or presentations for customers, distributors, field application engineers and Sales to promote Company's products.

- Work closely with design engineers, business managers and system architect to contribute to new product ideas and definition thru competitive analysis, market studies, and application diagrams

- Domestic and International travel will be required for customer support.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or above in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

- More than 5 years of engineering experience in power management and / or analog semiconductors.

- Able to work independently with little to no supervision and get results.

- Ability to travel internationally to support customers on short notice

Pre-requisite Skills:

- Excellent oral and written English and communication skills.

- Power management device technical support ability.

- Good teamwork, interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Able to communicate and interact with all levels of customers including top management
