Responsibilities:

1. Single point of contact (SPOC) to the customer by phone and email
通过电话及邮件的方式，作为客户的单点联系人
2. Initiate, patch/dispatch, and update the ticket until ticket closure
开启，分派以及更新事件单直至事件关闭
3. Keep customer informed for the latest incident status until incident closure
保持与客户的良好沟通,及时通知事件的最新状态直至事件关闭
4. Carry out system monitoring (BMS, Solarwinds, etc.)
执行系统监控 (BMS, Solarwinds,等等)
5. Follow the standard escalation procedures to escalate incidents and problems
遵从标准的升级流程，报告及升级事件和问题
6. Follow the operation manual to provide regular remote hand services
遵从操作手册为客户提供5项常规远程操作服务
7. Follow the email instruction of authorized customer and provide on demand remote hand services
根据授权客户的邮件指示，提供按需远程操作服务
8. Assist customer hardware move in/out
协助客户设备的进出
9. Support storage room inventory update
储藏室存货清单的更新
10. Understand and assist the environmental controls in order to keep the data center clean
保持机房及其设备的整洁和安全
11. Backfill vacant operation shifts to ensure 7*24*365 operational service availability
确保数据中心7*24*365的运营服务的有效性
12. Other assigned tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or above
高中或以上学历
Fresh graduate is welcome
