Job Description
1. Work for project management which includes multiple projects involving project initiation, scoping, planning, tracing, status reporting and closing
2. Proactively communicates and manages risks with the internal clients
3. During the project implementation, be responsible for managing the project schedule, budget, and milestones, monitoring status, assessing and mitigating risks, managing staffing and task assignments, and coordinating communications between project Work-streams
4. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
5. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
6. Manage and deliver all ongoing projects for internal customer with high quality and on schedule.
7. As one key role of the organization, coach junior staff and provide input and assistant based on related experience and expertise.
8. Establish and nurture productive working relationship with appropriate business units and external parties to develop business success
9. Need to connect different resources from sales, technical, product to organize, Manage and improve the project.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Chemical Engineering / Material Science / Physics / Chemistry.
2. At least 5 years for Bachelor Degree/ 3 years for Master Degree in semiconductor industry.
3. Graduate from top level university with BS/MS in engineering/science
4. At least 3 years experience at project management in foreign-invested company
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple player
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
7. Excellent teamwork and good conflict management
8. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
9. Working Place is in Wuxi Jiangsu.
