1. 天猫/京东订单接收与处理（完成从品牌介绍，售前咨询，客户沟通，接受订单，售后处理的全过程）。  

2. 熟练根据运营的促销内容编写客服话术，提出大促期间针对大量客流客服的应对方案及执行。  

3. 积极解决客户问题，维护客户关系，不断提升客户满意度。  

4. 协调、安排售后服务工作，如退换货，开具发票，维修和保养。  

5. 采集客户反馈，提供分析报告。  

6. 天猫店小秘的操作开通及设置，定时向运营汇报店小秘数据并优化。
