Getinge Infection Control is looking for a process oriented and structured finance professional for its business in mainland China. The ideal candidate prides themselves in the quality of their work and likes to work in a dynamic and fast moving international company. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer, East Asia and is based in the Shanghai office.

Job purpose:
Responsible for the accounting and finance related activities in Mainland China.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Develop and execute the accounting processes, procedures and policies.
2. Daily control and coordinate the effectively, efficient accounting system.
3. Keep the general ledger accounting with Group manual and also local financial policy.
4. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and requirement of PRC accounting. Solve the entity taxation issues and communicate with local tax advisor.
5. Prepare monthly management report and analysis
6. Review the statutory report and internal financial report
7. Working capital management and control; treasury management and keep contact with external bank, outsourcing company
8. Assist CFO to implement internal control function and quality assurance
9. Manage the team and promote the internal cooperation
10. Participate the strategy thinking and cope with daily management
11. Track, analyze and develop the performance metrics in finance function and also the cost reduction
12. Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by their immediate supervisor.
13. Work in accordance with local and national legislation as well as company regulations and code of conduct.

Requirements:
- A bachelors' degree, degree in Accounting and Finance is preferred.
- + 8 year in finance sector and + 3 years experience in similar role with demonstrated skills in finance and accounting.
- Result oriented and a natural leader with the ability to inspire the team to reach goals through positive and involved leadership
- Hands-on and proactive
- Skilled in Microsoft and ERP system
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written
