- 企业客户，驻场工程专业人员
- 办公室环、境数据中心设备维护；
- 设备内容包括 UPS, Genset, Power distribution board, BMS, fire suppression system, CRAC, fan coils, split-type AC units, AV equipment, building fabrics, etc.
- 机电专业分包商管理；
- 客户所有办公场所的机电勘查并找出问题并提出解决方案；
- 紧急响应，设备维修的组织、协调和实施；
- 客户数据中心运行维护的协调人；
- 相关机电设备运行维护流程的审查与控制；
- 项目全过程中的机电咨询；
- 节能管理；
- 风险管理；
- 内部员工机电方面的培训；
- 配合驻场项目经理及与亚太区工程经理设备维护工作
职位要求：
- 大学本科，电气、暖通、自动化专业；
- 精通机电相关知识，有设计和计算能力；
- 较强的英文能力，可以同国外同事进行日常英文沟通；
- 很强的沟通能力，包括组织并主持机电相关会议，向客户方提交并解释各种机电报告
- 一定的客户关系管理能力
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Jones Lang LaSalle Integrated Facilities Management IFM)
· Manage the performance of on-site technicians
· Monitor and maintain the E&M systems & building facilities including UPS, Genset, Power distribution board, BMS, fire suppression system, CRAC, fan coils, split-type AC units, AV equipment, building fabrics, etc.
· Liaise with Landlord / BMO on their E&M provisions to the client
· Provide technical advise and take lead to resolve technical issues
· Monitoring vendors performance, including planned maintenance for site
· Managed all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery
· Undertaking of comprehensive tendering procedures for all out sources service.
· Single point of management control for E&M matter at sites.
· Ensure compliance with all clients' polices and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
· Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client's representative.
· Ensure the effective completion of all incidental report.
· Engage in the compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client.
· Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.
· Manage end user expectations and requirement.
REQUIREMENT
University degree, preferably in electrical and mechanical engineering
5 years relevant working experience
Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
