职位描述
工作职责: 1.为公司各部门及下属各公司提供一切所需的法律工作支持和配合; 2.所有公司法律文件(包括公司合营合同、章程、意向书、房屋及土地使用权租赁及转让合同、公司董事会会议记录及决议、对外函件等)的制作、修改、审查、保存及管理等工作,参加下属公司董事会会议,负责有关会议准备工作,制作董事会会议记录及决议; 3.处理及监督应收款的催讨、诉讼及执行等工作,对损害公司财产权利的行为追究法律责任、代表公司应诉及抗辩等,以达到保护公司合法权益; 4.为公司项目发展工作提供及时有力的法律支持(包括但不限于参加公司的设立、变更、终止有关的商务谈判、制作所需文件、向国家有关机关办理所需法律手续等); 5.协助业务部门起草、制作、审查修正相关法律文件(包括销售合同、产品及设备购销合同、建设及装饰工程合同、运输及仓储合同等)以达至应有的商业目的及保障公司的权利; 6.协助处理公司劳动纠纷,负责有关案件的劳动仲裁及诉讼等法律工作的跟进; 7.保持与国家有关工商、对外经贸、司法及执行机关的良好关系,负责保持日常沟通联系,及时反馈国家新设法律、法规、规定、要求及精神,为公司发展即决策提供必要信息和法律支持; 8.为各公司、各部门及员工提供相关法律培训及法律咨询; 9.为公司所需的律师事务所,考察律师事务及承办律师的背景,向总部制作有关选聘的建议,保持与常用律师事务所的密切联系; 10.承办香港建材法律部交办的法律工作(包括国内法律法规查询及解释、公司财产的例行检查,对集团法律政策执行情况的检查等)。
任职资格:大学本科及以上法律(包括经济法、民法、刑法等)专业专业法律文件制作能力、良好的语言表达能力及人际沟通能力律师执业资格,CET-6(英语暂时不要求) 10年以上相关工作经验及4年以上大型律师事务所工作经验
