1. Installing and adjusting equipment
安装和调试设备
2. Analyse the fault reason, make the counter measure, extend the equipment lifespan.
分析故障原因, 采取防范措施,延长设备寿命
3. Training operator daily repair. Make the reason of Equipment aging change from man-made to natural-made
对操作人员进行日常维护培训,使设备老化的原因从人为变为自然老化.
4.Actualise equipment repair plan
实施设备维修计划
5.Identify, collect aging data, actualise maintain plan, including daily check ,key maintain, important maintain, the fitting needed maintain and report of consign repair out of JPC
确认和收集老化数据,实施保养计划, 包括日检, 关键保养,重要保养, 工装保养和委外修理报告
6. Taking part in validate Die with T&E Dept.
参加技术工程部模具的确认
7. Taking charge of the replacing and adjustment die on the product site.
负责生产现场模具的更换和调整
8. Making and actualise die management system in site
生产现场模具管理系统的实施
9. Maintain the new and old die's information (repair and parameter) in die room and T&E department
模具库模具新旧信息维护(修理和参数)并反馈给技术工程部门
10. Repair and maintenance for factory facility
工厂基础设施的维修保养
11. Other tasks assigned by Factory Manager

Position Requirements岗位要求
- Mechanical and Electrical engineer with college above.
机电一体化大专以上学历
- 5 years of work experience in foreign invested manufacturing company
五年以上外企制造公司工作经验
-2+ years experience as a leader within the equipment maintenance area
二年以上设备维护经验领导岗位经验
- Work experiences from Electric- Mechanical production, Engineering experience cover some/all of following areas: high volume mechanical assembly work, stamping, welding etc.
机电类经验，接触过下列部分或全部领域：大量机械组装工作，冲压，焊接等
- Strong leadership skills
