Required Experience and Skills:

• > 4 years’ Project Lead experience and familiarity with SDLC & PMP methodologies.
• Work Experience in a Fortune 500 multinational corporation in health care or similar industry, or leading IT consulting company.
• Pharmaceutical industry or Life science or similar industry background is a plus.
• CSD (Customized Solution Development) background is plus.  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Good English skill is mandatory.
• Good knowledge in .Net , Infrastructure, etc.

Role overview:

Responsible for some project management in Roche Pharm Beijing office：

• Based on Project needs, the role will lead or contribute to planning, analysis, design, development / configuration, testing, training and deployment of project deliverable.
• Reports project status and issues during implementation projects and works collaboratively with implementation team members.
• Works closely with Solution Managers, Process Specialists, Technical Architects, Analysts and Developers and other project stakeholders to deliver applications to enable delivery of the solution or business capability.
• Manages project deliverable in adherence with technology standards and project schedule, scope and cost criteria.
• Works with other stakeholders to assess business impact of application changes, development of communication and training plans.
