Ensure direct and indirect tax compliance for Shanghai entity and Suzhou branch under tax manager supervision. In particular the timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and documents as well as tax payments at the appropriate times, including but not limit to :

• Timely and accurate monthly VAT filling and VAT account reconciliation, including VAT payable calculation, input imported/local VAT invoice verification, Golden system operation, VAT journal entry.
• Export VAT refund filling timely and accurately and related document preparation, registration and submission, keep trace of R&D revenue call-in and reconcile revenue in accounting, call in revenue, export VAT filling and invoicing.
• Timely and accurate quarterly/annual CIT filling for Shanghai mother entity and its operating branch in Suzhou.
• Good knowledge in US Tax accounting (FAS109) and accurately calculate DTA/DTL and tax provision under both US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Monitor annual EY auditing tax related for Shanghai entity and Suzhou branch
• Assist on transfer pricing document preparation and submission.
• Support tax manager to keep SH entity Zero VAT rate status and maintain ATSE, High-tech certificate.
• Support tax manager to monitor development in tax regulation and keep posted within tax team and delivery training internally or externally to BU
• Window to communicate with tax authority for daily tax operation and tax policy verification.
• Build up and enhance professional relationship with tax authority in Shanghai and Suzhou
• Tax record keeping and procedure writing and enhancement
• Execute relevant SOX key controls for Shanghai and Suzhou
• Coordinate other activities related to tax compliance matters

Basic requirement:

• Work in MNC and Big 4 is plus
• At least 3 years working experience on tax, depth knowledge in tax and accounting
• Strong communication skill and ability to manage relationship with tax authority
• Good read, writing and spoken skill in English
• Problem solving skill and proactive attitude on job
• Team player and adapt for remote reporting
