职位描述
岗位职责:
- 负责公司电子元器件产品的销售及推广;
- 根据市场营销计划,完成部门销售指标;
- 开拓发展新客户,现有客户关系维护,增加产品销售范围;
- 负责电子元器件市场信息收集及竞争对手的分析;
- 负责销售活动的策划和执行,完成销售任务;
- 管理维护客户关系以及客户间的长期战略合作计划。
- 协助部门经理进行年度预算 - 协助制定和支持战略计划(MRP1 / AIM) - 通过参与Total Quality Program,确保分行遵循流程并确定流程改进领域
任职资格:
- 大专或以上学历
- 5年电子元器件销售工作经验
- 拥有连接器销售经验优先
- 良好英语
- 良好写作及演讲能力
Job Responsibilities
- Development business strategies for assigned accounts by identifying status and focus of the customer, along with potential avenues for account growth
- Develop and coordinate customer corporate-to-corporate review by interfacing with the customer
- Create formal sales and marketing presentations by utilizing technical resources and corporate information for consistent company message
- Assist the Branch Manager with the annual budgeting process by giving input and projections on cost and expenses forecasted for the upcoming fiscal year
- Responsible for developing relationships with assigned accounts
- Maintain update to date information about customer's activities
- Assist in the development and support of strategic programs (MRP1/AIM)
- Maintain market awareness on competitor activities, industry tends and new concepts
- Participate in the Company (Total Quality Program) by driving the importance of quality. ensuring the branch is following the defined processes and identifying the areas of process improvement
Job Requirements
- Degree from an accredited four-years College or University in a related field (Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable)
- Minimum five years experience in Electronics Component Sales
(Preferably in Connectors) - Good command in both spoken and written in English
- Ability to write and present information to internal and external audiences
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer relationship in respond tactfully and effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications at a basic level preferred
- Must possess valid state driver's license, safe driving record and be insurable by the Companies' liability carrier (preferable)
