岗位职责：

1、给水、排水管道的安装，电气设备和电线电缆的安装，给排水和电气的维修工作；

2、完成主管安排的其它工作；

3、按照安全规范和验收规范及业主要求进行相关安装工作。

任职资格：

1、持有电工证，如同时具有焊工证的优先；

2、熟悉给排水、电气安装的相关规范和验收标准，能基本看懂给排水、电气安装的相关图纸；

3、动手能力强，有实际安装经验；

4、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神；

5、有良好的职业道德和素养。
