Purpose:

 

BU Core Design team in
Shanghai is under China subsidiaries in terms of legal registration but report
to global function.  The team is very
international with 90% of team members are expatriate employees.  The team Assistant is a must to support a
team of ten to provide administrative and logistical support under the local
guidelines without language barriers.

Next to that the Team
assistant will support the Team with design operational tasks, such as DMT
upload or Tech pack preparation.

Essential
Duties & Responsibilities:

 

• Supporting
  booking business trips, meetings and other daily affairs for the
  department
• Drafting
  invitation letters template for visitors and advising/booking hotel and
  transportation for adidas visitors.
• Supporting
  producing and Follow-up regular reports
• Providing
  Expense claim services for the Design Director
• Ordering
  supplies for the team
• Assisting
  documents processing and file keeping
• Other
  required admin related services
• Support
  the design team with daily design tasks as requested by the Design Director.

 

 

Requisite
Education/Experience:

 

• University
  degree or above
• English in
  reading, writing and speaking at high level is must
• Minimum
  of 2 years working experience in a multinational company
• High
  level knowledge and skills in Microsoft products
• Knowledge of Mac
  is a plus
