Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

. Support BTL on achieving operation excellence . Maintain and report plant backlog and production lead time timely. . Create and implement weekly production schedules based on demand. . Communicate with operation fulfillment teams on scheduling adjustment based on demand and production capacity/workload to ensure on time delivery with correct quality. . Manage inventory to ensure timely and accurate material transactions. . Coordinate with engineering/fulfillment teams to set up new BOMs, maintain accurate BOMs in system. . Identify process simplification opportunities in the area of responsibility to ensure continuous improvement and assist in meeting / establishing those associated metrics. . Participate in lean manufacturing activities. . Participate cost out projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Manufacturing/materials background • Good computer skills, especially with excel • Experience with ERP system, preferably Oracle ERP system • Strong oral / written communication to all levels of employees, management and suppliers • Proactive work style, creativity, and energy. • Ability to embrace change and adjust quickly to new information. • Ability to handle stress of deadlines with multiple and competing projects.
