Role Summary/Purpose

He/she is fully responsible for managing all activities comprising the project to affect a totally integrated, co-coordinated and controlled effort so as to satisfy all set parameters, particularly safety, time, cost, scope clear responsibility and accountability for delivery of the project's goals as set down by the project management team.

Essential Responsibilities

•Site supervision of the construction execution (cost, quality, conformity between planning and contract execution, adherence to the governmental permits and obligation) •Checking, evaluating and releasing the planning of the draft, permit and implementation (completeness, technology, cost, conformity between rules and contracts, adherence to local rules and standards of the construction permit) •Lead a team of subordinates, sub-contractors to execute projects in a timely manner, within budget and with optimum resources. •Implement strict quality control on workmanship and material according to international and local standards. •Review the tender drawings, review the design and recommend modifications to optimize the resources. •Prepare the progress claims and variation orders. •Change Order management •Serve as the key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, installation, field start-up and maintenance issues. •Coordinate the project process including: project design, approvals (local government), procurement and site construction. •Prepare paper work including: technical specification, contract, bidding document, fax, weekly/monthly report and minutes of meeting.

Qualifications/Requirements

* Degrees: Bachelors degree and above; * Majors: Industrial Engineering, Architecture Engineering Management * Requires: Strong interpersonal & communications skills; Excellent project management skills and team spirit Fluent oral and written English;
