1) Prepare and submit VAT filing, Variance tax and income tax returns (monthly, quarterly and annual) to local authority in accordance with statutory requirements.

2) Prepare tax related entries in accounting system.

3) Timely perform monthly export VAT refund and follow up export document collection.

4) Properly calculate non-trading tax and declaration on time with local tax officer.

5) Follow up and control outstanding tax issues and give quick response to local entities.

6) Understand the latest tax laws and regulations to make sure all procedures for tax declaration compliance with tax laws and company policies.

7) In charge of the tax provision calculation and documentation to be in compliance with PRC GAAP reporting requirements;

8) Work with team to provide monthly VAT reconciliation reports with variance analysis.

9) Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information timely and accurately.

10) Work as one of the backup for SSC team when necessary.

11) In charge of annual tax incentive program.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above with majority in Accounting/Finance

- At least 5 years of relevant tax experience in multinational companies, JDE experience is a plus

- Requires strong attention to detail

- The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter

- Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure

- Good organizational and prioritization skills

- Fluent Eng in written and spoken
