1. 确保Tooling部门得到正确的客户信息。

Ensure Tooling department receives the accurate information from customers.

2. 负责项目前期的产品失效分析（DFM）的能力；能和客户有效沟通并组织各加工部门进行评估、确认；负责3D设计的确认。

In-charge of the early stages of the project’s DFM ability; able to communicate effectively with customers and organize the different machining departments to undergo assessment and confirmation; in-charge of confirming 3D designs.

3. 负责解决模具加工中出现的紧急状况，及时准确地制定修模方案并确保完成。确保整个项目按照项目进度计划按时完成工作。

In-charge of solving any urgent conditions emerging from mold machining and to accurately implement mold repair solutions as well as execute it well. Ensure the whole project is following the project progress schedule and the completion.

4. 负责产品的ECN全程跟踪，确保及时有效地完成。

In-charge of following the whole process of the product’s ECN and to ensure it is effectively completed.

5. 确保模具在计划时间内顺利的完成修模工作并且转模/关模到工厂。

Ensure the mold repair work is done within the stipulated timing and pass it on to the factory/close it down.

6. 协助生产工厂共同解决生产中的模具问题，确保顺利生产。

Assist the production factory in solving any mold problems, ensuring the successful production of it.

7. 确保项目相关的机密信息的得到有效的管控。

Ensure the effective control of any confidential information regarding the projects.

8. 确保客户及上级经理及时得到项目相关状态的报告。

Ensure the customers and managers are informed on time of any project-related information.

9. 遵守本公司的环境文件和规定，维持工作环境的整洁。

Abide by the company’s environment rules and regulations, maintaining the work place cleanliness.

10. 负责完成上级交办的其它工作。

Responsible for complete other work assigned by superiors.

任职要求：

1，熟练的英文技能尤其是英语口语

Excellent English skills especially oral English

2，大专以上相关机械专业

Qualifications of mechanical specialisation in college and above.

3，一年模具项目管理经验

1 year experience in mold project management

4，两年以上的模具设计及修模工作经验，以及相关的模具加工制造经验.

2 years and above of mold design nd repair work experiences, and any mold machining or making related experiences.

5，熟悉办公软件、Pro-E、UG

Familiar with office Works, pro-e, UG.

6，可接受英文口语优秀的应届毕业生
