1. Analysis parts/components to achieve transparency and manufacturability;

2. Technical consultancy for commodity and project team members;

3. Support of customers in regard to manufacturing technologies;

4. Participated in supplier selection process

5. Participated in feasibility studies for “Make or buy”;

6. Conducts analysis of technical standards for manufacturing and ensure knowledge transfer to the appropriate facility;

7. Ensures compliance with key figures and controls defined key figures in their area of responsibility, as well as evaluates and defines solution in case of deviation;

8. Cross-departmental internal and external interface management

9. Support GP cluster leader with engineering market analysis

10. Actively drives supplier development if required

Skills (Qualifications)

1. Technical educational background

2. Experience in supply chain and procurement

3. Understanding of various technologies: machining, metal technologies, plastics, coating, welding, other related raw materials

4. Good understanding of manufacturing process

5. NPI manufacturing capcbilities

6. Experience in sectors, automotive, aerospace/defense, medical, industries

7. DFM,DFX, 6-sigma skills

8. Basic knowledge of quality tools such as 5s, FMEA, 8D report

9. Problem solving skills&Analysis methods
