Assistant Finance Manager

What you will do

The Assistant Finance Manager is an advanced China HQ finance role that reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager. Main responsibilities are listing as following:

？ Deep dive BT&S China overdue AR for the root reasons and provide proposals for improvement;

？ Set KPI for collectors/regional business team to drive more collection;

？ Investigate TWC/Cash flow each item and coordinate with different departments to drive healthy financial results;

？ Prepare Ops/Cash flow deck and related reporting;

？ Work as window person for JCI integrity policies and closely work with Asia Compliance Team to seek policy clarifications;

？ DOA China approvers maintenance and report;

？ Support Senior Finance Manager in special projects;

？ Other ad-hoc work assigned by supervisor.

How you will do it

As a China HQ Assistant Finance Manager you will handle ambiguity well, make decisions by solid analysis. You believe that the best work is done in teams. You manage multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills. You are intellectually curious – driving continual learning for you and your team. You also understand that internal and external collaboration drives improvement and best practice.

What we look for

Required

· At least 8 years in complex finance/controlling roles in industrial company or in an accounting firm

· Experience working in a global team environment and communicating effectively across multiple cultures

· FP&A working experience needed

· Strong knowledge of MS-office Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, HFM

Preferred

· Effective communication, interpersonal skills with ability to work with business teams;

· Working experience in Big 4;

· Self-motivated, detail oriented and patient;

· Fluent in English, Chinese
