Job Summary Information

Function:

Human Resources

Sub-Function:

HR Ops

Job Purpose:

Provide standardized HR
services and processes nationwide to all employees directly or through other
HR teams; deliver high quality and efficient administration for all workforce
support transactions to ensure full compliance to local labor law
requirements and global and/or regional standards; work closely with field
solution teams, line managers and HRIS team to maintain timely employee data
in Workday and downstream systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy; review
and assess existing policies and processes, identify opportunities for continuous
improvement and enhancement of internal customer experience
.

Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge
of local labor/employment law requirements and related company policies and
processes;

In-depth knowledge
of Workday data maintenance and processes, as well as downstream systems data
feeding processes.

Overall knowledge
of company HR policies, procedures and processes, and systems.

Strong customer
commitment to timely and quality service

Interpersonal Skills:

Good interpersonal and communication skills; able
to interact with all levels, customers, vendors and suppliers, primarily with
employees, line mangers, and Field Solutions team.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor degree

Minimum Preference Experience:

· 3 years of HR Ops experience, preferably in MNC
HR shared service team or general HR function, with track record of process
management.

· Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus

Travel Requirements:

Less than 5%

Essential Job Responsibilities


Major Responsibilities

Deliver high quality and efficient administration
for end-to-end HR transactions relating to employee life cycle (incl.
Onboarding, Probation Review, Job / Comp Change, Contract Renewal and
Termination, etc.)

Maintain
employee
data in Workday timely, work
closely with Field Solutions team, line managers and HRIS team to ensure
Workday data integrity and accuracy. Work with HRIS team to ensure successful
data integration from Workday to downstream systems (such as Platinum, Concur,
ERP etc.)

Participate in regional / country HR Ops projects
and initiatives as needed

15%

Establish and maintain employee P-file;
responsible for employment related documents /certificates preparation,
Shanghai Residence Permit Management

Be in charge of all Workforce Support transactions for HR person as HR for HR

Keep informed of local labor law updates, new
technology and best practices, and able to incorporate appropriate
operational changes to provide better service and support to employees

Complete assigned/ad-hoc
Workforce Support tasks as requested.
