What you will do:

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility ofthis role is to support the deployment of B2B platform for Indirect Business inAsia, including business requirements & training documentation, useracceptance testing, training & business adoption, and continuous improvement. This role will contribute to process optimization, support analysis of channeleffectiveness and pricing decisions, and help define and optimize how relevantbusiness information flows throughout the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

l Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert SME with strongworking knowledge of indirect business processes, leading practices, & tool(i.e. B2B / SAP / Others) capabilities

l Conduct “as is”discovery of current state processes to understand business requirements &improvement opportunities with delivery of new capabilities/features

l Document futurestate business processes and requirements leveraging new capabilities

l Perform currentvs. future state assessments to assist business units with understanding of“from/to” change impacts

l Support executionof change readiness action plans to ensure successful adoption

l Assistpreparation and execution of user acceptance testing

l Regularly reportand update on progress, timelines, and challenges

l Monitor processperformance & tool adoption with objective of diagnosing issues &identifying improvement actions

l Support crossbusiness unit forums to exchange of best practices, transfer knowledge, shareadoption successes and learnings, and drive continuous improvementopportunities

l Assist with managementand documentations of enhancement requests across business units related tocontinuous improvements

l Stay apprised oflatest process and technology capabilities that can be applied to JCI IndirectBusiness



What we look for:

· Bachelordegree in E-commerce/Marketing/Business or other related major. PMPCertification preferred.

· Minimum 3-5years working experience in project mgt./E-commerce/Commercial/Operation.

· Good projectMgt. Skill, Strong Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM/Power BI is preferred

· Strongself-management, self-motivate, action/process oriented and results oriented

· Excellentcommunication skills, Good in spoken and written English
