Responsibilities: · Oversee the full aspects of Quality Management System for the manufacturing operation. · Interact with third party and customers for audits and inspections. · Ensure that the quality Management System is in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. · Manage the day to day operations of QA function to achieve Total Quality goals. · Set up Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measure and monitor performance of the processes, analyze and report the quality performance measurements to top management. · Identify opportunities to continually improve and optimize the processes. · Handle customer complaints, develop processes to achieve customer satisfaction. · Make daily decision on how to meet requirements · Evaluation of the manufacturing / management process for improves. · Make the decision on material / product / process release or rejection or stop. Work Experience & Abilities Required At least University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent · 10+ years of solid experience with multinational companies and being involved in aspects of quality, process control, supplier development & quality management. · Background in Machining or equivalent industry recognized for maintaining effective quality process · Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, QSR etc. Preferably certified auditor. · Knowledge of quality control tools such as SPC, FMEA and Gage R&R Good command of English and Mandarin · Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently under pressure · A passion for quality.

公司主要生产加工精密金属切削零件，应用于航空航天、轨道交通、汽车、医疗、电子电器、工程机械等高端行业，我公司已通过ISO9001、IATF16949、ISO13485认证，并于2016年10月通过美国FDA官方审核。
    目前拥有200多台各式先进机床，其中有进口德国/日本/美国的数控车床、加工中心、车铣复合、卧式加工中心、五轴加工中心、FMS柔性生产制造中心以及其它辅助机床。拥有三坐标、高精度投影仪、圆柱度仪、轮廓度仪、镀层测厚仪、硬度计、显微镜、内窥镜、盐雾试验箱以及其它各种常用检具设备。公司根据业务发展需要并先后成立了恒温车间、精密磨削车间、液压阀加工车间、洁净室以及组装车间。
