Position: ADAS System Engineer

Belong to: Autoliv Electronics BU, Jiading RD Engineering Center

Location: Jiading

? Develop, document, manage systems including system architecture, safety architecture

? Build up requirement database and requirement handling database

? Global responsibility for creation of customer documentation and specification

? Creation of FMEA process and documents

? Leaders of requirement, design, scope and risk management process under supervision from project design lead (DL)

? Take part in the products development, changes, transfer and quote

- Capture and manage customer and platform requirement (lead requirement CCB)

- Lead global team creating system architecture

- Lead work on specification (system and interface and feature spec)

- Lead global 8D and FTA activities

- Analyze the customer requirements and assign to hardware, software, product assurance, feature / function team and establish the action plan (with the DL)

- Prepare documents for MM/TG

- Prepare design review

- Support FUSA work (create HARA, create safety architecture) under supervision from FUSA manager

- Define validation concept together with PA team

- Release product technical information (spec, drawings…,)

- Support the quality team for the PPAP delivery

- Support the ACE teams for product knowledge

- For production support (located in Fengxian)

? Take part in the failure analysis and customer trouble analysis:

- Take part in the root cause analysis

- Establish & conduct the action plan

- Perform the actions listed in the action plan

? Give product technical support to ACE continuous improvement during development

- Take part in the plant improvement (tooling improvement, tests sequence….)

- Procedures, tools

Competences:

Level (diploma) required:

- Master degree (electronic or SW)

Experience:

- 2 years experience in electronic product and automotive industry

- At least 1 years of experience of leading V process – expert trainer for other team members

- Ability to define and implement work product for complete V process without any input from platform team

- At least 1 years experience in development of software product

- Personal interest and motivation to focus for months on the creation of very large and complex documents where details must be perfect

- Ability to work effectively within a global team

- broad background technically is plus

Technical skills required:

- Electronic development, strong understanding of automotive product development phases.

- Expert in requirement management, FUSA, and / or risk management

- Quality tools (FMEA, solving problem tools,…)

- Certified FUSA engineer a plus

- Familiarity with DOORS and Enterprise Architect a strong plus

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

- Be rigorous, autonomous and to manage the priorities

- Very methodical and persistent.

- Perfectionist and quality driven

- Well written documents in good business English for global team

Languages:

- Fluent Chinese

- Fluent English as technical writer.
