职位描述
Marketing strategy
1) Develop holistic China marketing strategy to support China growth aspiration, in line with product strategy and incorporating both retail and wholesale inputs
2) Transfer global marketing strategy y to China and ensure brand consistency
3) Identify priority and allocate budget to ATL, retail marketing and digital marketing teams
Brand marketing
4) Lead brand marketing manager to develop brand marketing strategy e.g. ATL tailored to China uniqueness but consistent with global brand strategy
5) Help identify marketing agencies and establish cooperation relationship
Retail marketing
6) Lead retail marketing manager to develop retail support policy and promotion plan (per year / quarter / month / holiday) considering region and store type difference
7) Lead retail marketing manager to form department store promotion approval process and guideline to support local retail and wholesale team and avoid conflicts b/w dept. store promotion and our own retail marketing
Digital marketing
8) Lead digital marketing manager to develop digital marketing strategy in line with overall marketing strategy, and incorporating key points from eCommerce strategy
9) Build relationship with key online players to develop digital marketing channels
Creative services
10) Lead creative services manager to design promotion activities and shows to support brand marketing
CRM manager
11) Lead CRM manager to develop CRM strategy and build up CRM system accordingly, via collecting and analyzing customer information for marketing activities
Skills and requirement
1)10+ years of marketing experience in fashion apparel industry
2) Good strategic thinking and planning capability
3) Experienced in brand building
4) Good communication skills, both in English and Chinese
