岗位职责:

1.为客户办理注册公司和各项手续，包含工商、税务、银行等相关手续的办理；

2.负责申请材料的收集、整理和归档；

3.按要求整理、更新并提交电子报表和书面档案；

4.认真完成部门交办的工作；

5.服从公司领导和部门管理；

6.遵守公司的各项规章制度。

任职资格:

1.20-55岁，大专以上学历，

2.工作认真负责、积极主动、刻苦勤奋、职业操守良好；

3.能够承担工作压力,具有较好的学习能力和较强的沟通能力, 喜欢外出办事。

4.熟悉内外资公司注册、变更的全套手续。了解企业的设立、变更、工商注册、注销业务等相关工作经验者优先。
