职位描述
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting.
-Solid background in finance and accounting area in foreign investment enterprises.
-Minimum 10 years of experience and above 3 years of relevant experience in manager position.
-Excellent knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
-Good language capabilities for both English Mandarin, fluent in both written spoken.
-Proficient computer skill on Excel/PowerPoint, Experience in ERP system would be a plus.
-Confident adaptable, willing to take challenges and self-motivated, smart working; Good interpersonal.
-Communication skills, with enthusiasm towards work.
-High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior.
-Desire to learn new technical knowledge and management approaches.
-Experience and ability in managing, training, and developing staff to prepare them for advancement.
Responsibility:
-Maintain accounting module in ERP system to make sure accounting system can operation effectively as well as
existing accounting transactions and procedures.
-In charge of monthly closing, proactively identify the potential issues with properly communication to
relevantpersonnel to timly resolve. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial result.
-Lead monthly reconciliation preparation and review for both Germany book and PRC book, make sure the aged
accounting transactions are settled,cleaned up timely and properly, pursue balance sheet excellence.
-Work closely with across function peers and intercompanys business partners, positively and timely handle
the dispute or discrepancy happened. Keep good relationship and timely communication with shared service center
to make sure accounting transactions booking smoothly andaccurately.
-Lead annual physical inventory and bi-yearly fixed asset physical count. Regularly review and evaluate
inventory aging and integrality, drive inventory reduction and disposal timely.
-Lead overall accounting support to inter-company, include but not limited to daily accounting transactions,
capital expenditure booking and tracking, fulfill internal and external reportings requirement and tax
declaration. Support finance controller to strive taxable benefits maximization.
-Lead costing team on the internal transfer pricing and relevant process optimization. Ensure the accuracy of
standard cost information in ERP system.
-Partner with operation to assist management on cost control, projects benefits appraisal and decision making.
Coordinate with other department, provide finance technical consulting.
-Experience in establishing or maintaining (security, inventories, financial controls, confidentiality)
financial controls, Improve the efficiency of the operation processes, assist controller to implement internal
control.
-Accurate preparation of budgets and forecasts.
-Other projects or tasks assigned.
