职位描述
主要职责：
- Overseeing the team of on site engineers and technicians.
- Planning for the introduction of new models and providing hands-on, track side support during early builds and launch phases.
- Planning for the introduction of new models and support on track build activities.
- Manage VCATS deliverables so that they are compliant with programme milestones.
- Represent VCATS to present programme status at launch management meetings.
- Providing support to the manufacturing team for the prompt resolution of vehicle test issues.
岗位要求：
1. Educated to Degree level in an engineering discipline
2. At least 5 years experience of automotive electrical systems for luxury vehicles and managing team deliverables.
3. Knowledge of Product Development procedures and IT systems.
4. Excellent English and Chinese language skills
5. Able to communicate complex ideas effectively to a wide audience.
6. Excellent teamwork and people management skills.
7. Experience of quality planning and implementation.
8. Excellent project management skills.
