职位描述
主要职责：
1. Prepare internal logistics engineered solution with supporting cap-ex and variable costs for all new model changes for area of responsibility
2. Develop all programme related funding requirements for Programme Team (MBO) area of responsibility.
3. For area of responsibility, review all on-going programme feature change actions (ie. PPL / PDL programme letters) and submit cost details to MBO. Own the physical changes to implement the planned actions.
4. Support MP&L Material Flow manager at all planning meetings (ie. Strategic and Detail Facility Planning meetings) and protect MP&L process requirements for site.
5. Own and drive all Plant Synchronous Material Flow (SMF) related developments in line with Plant master schedule for area of responsibility. Plan and implement concept to customer and coordinate IT Systems support activity.

1.Degree in Engineering/Technical Discipline (could be studying for a degree with a track record of success)
2.Ability to analyse data and present potential solutions
3.Experience in use of AutoCAD
4.Experience and ability in Practical Problem Solving
5.Experience in Lean Logistics (material flow) in a Manufacturing environment
6.Knowledge and experience of supporting Health and Safety processes
7.Experience of, and ability to effectively use Lean / continuous improvement tools/ waste reduction techniques
8.Ability to lead Multi discipline/Cross Functional teams for Process Improvement
