What the job involves:

• responsibility for the warehouse of spare parts, delivery, packaging,handling, distribution and transportation
• responsibility for the warehouse database accounting treatment and inventory work to ensure the consistency of the data
• track freight daily inquiries to the customer the day before the goods arrive
• Cooperation with the Treasury security work to ensure that fire exits, just in case
• Serious and timely completion of the lead in organizing other temporary work
• Controlling of goods income with regard to plausibility and booking into SAP
• Follow-up of reclamations regarding missing goods, wrong supplies, missed delivery dates
• Controlling and booking of exchange of empties / administration of empties
• Organisation of goods transports and booking into SAP
• Operation of LVS / SAP
• Supply and disposal of assembly

Your skills:

• technical secondary school above on Logistics, transportation and other related field
• certain warehousing or logistics related experience preferred
• experience with an ERP system, e.g.SAP. Oracle, Navision
• forklift driver's license is must
• automobile driver's license is preferred
• PC knowledge (MS Office, Outlook)
• basic English is welcome
• operational readiness, reliability, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, organizing ability
• own initiative, dynamic, accuracy, diligence
• Non smoker or can bear not to smoke during working times
