What the job involves:

• design and manufacture:
  > jigs, fixture and tools (sheet metal stamping & bending tool, assembly tools)
  > manual, semi-automatic, automatic assembly machines and production equipment
  > machine layouts
  > measuring equipment and gauges
• check and approve supplier drawings
• drawing convertation
• technical contact for international technical departments, quality departments, production department and suppliers

Your skills:

• university degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, automation or similar
• 5 years experience as a tooling engineer of mechanical components/machines
• experience in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and application of sensors
• knowledge of design requirements for different technologies
• fluent English in speaking/reading/writing
• experience and advanced knowledge of ProEngineer (ideal: Wildfire 4.0)
• advanced skills in Office-Software (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method
• personality: good team work, passion, stability and visionary thinking
• non smoker or can bear not to smoke during working times
