Key duties include:

This role is responsible for the recruitment, training & development, performance management and coordinates audits.

1.      Set up and implement recruitment strategies and plans. Manage all recruitment activities including post releasing, resume screening, phone/face interview, interview evaluation, offering and organizing the campus recruitment.

2.      Manage new employee on board procedure and termination formalities.

3.      Implement and improve turnover rate management, probation, labor relation management, personal files, transfer related policies and procedures.

4.      Participates in HR reporting needs, employee satisfaction survey, data analysis the result and take the action plan

5.      Execute a variety of learning and development programs, conduct training needs analysis and develop company training plan and ensure the full implementation. Meanwhile evaluate and follow up the training effectiveness, collect information to database system.

6.      Responsible for enhancing new employee on boarding, orientation and engagement programs.

7.      Identify and follow up IDP, and achieve good result to support organization development.

8.      Take the competence awareness survey, the competency for internal auditor and the second party auditor

9.      Other tasks or duties as assigned.   

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above

At least three years related working experience

Fast learner and good team work spirits

Stable and mature work style

Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
