Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and coordinate for new and emerging products for hose.
2. The creation and achievement of annual operating plan for sales and marketing operations including expenses, sales targets, revenue expectations and margin.
3. Responsible for achieving annual sales budgets and works closely with sales and marketing organization to grow sales volume on assigned product lines.
4. Assists to provide marketing plans and scheme on assigned product lines and establishes measurement metrics to ensure marketing programs are achieving targeted plans and sales of targeted products.
5. Takes a broad perspective in making commitments; considers short and long-term impacts and key internal and external influences.

Scope of Role:

This role will report to Product Manager.

Education and Experience:

Role LevelEducation RequiredExperience Required Bachelor degree in related automotive or marketing majoring.Proven records with 5 years senior experience in product management related position at least. 

Required Skills:

1. Experienced in aftermarket.
2. Requires excellent business logical sense with detailed knowledge of products and markets.
3. Fluent English both in oral and written.
