Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and develop new products and improvements to current products to be applied in automotive power drive systems, based on ‘bookshelf’ design platforms. Provide product design input of new products and product improvements to global product platforms based on local customer needs. Manage design projects in area of responsibility, including leading product development, testing of prototypes, problem solving and finalize product drawings.

Detail as below：

1. Create product concepts, DFMEAs, DVPRs based on customer needs past experience and input from TPM and SE.
2. Understanding and applying engineering product and material specification perform engineering calculations and testing to select best product to meet customer needs.
3. Creating 2D and 3D CAD models using Company or customer specified software and meeting customer requirements & standardized, implement ECR as necessary.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor /Masterof Science Degree or equivalent

Familiar with Auto CAD/Pro-E
