工作职责

1、对设备进行安装、维护保养、故障检修，保证设备在客户公司内运行良好；

2、对客户进行操作培训；

3、为客户提供技术支持。

职位要求

1、大专以上学历，机械学、电子学、电子设备工程技术等相关专业；

（具有相关工作经验者可以适当放宽）

2、具备优秀的沟通能力，能够与所有同事及客户拥有有效的良好合作关系；

3、具备解决问题和设备安装的能力；

4、独立性、主动性、具备责任心，能够承受工作压力；

5、具备多年在半导体工业行业中的设备服务或者设备客服经验者优先考虑；

6、具备良好的英语和普通话的书写和表达能力。

7、愿意出差

Service Engineers (Based in Shanghai)

Responsibilities
To set-up, maintain, service, troubleshoot and commission equipment at customer’s site.
To conduct operation training
Provide technical support to customers.

Requirements
Diploma above in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Possess excellent interpersonal skill and be able to interact effectively with all level of staffs and customers
Good trouble shooting and set-up skill
Independent, initiative, responsible and must be able to work under pressure
A few years experience in equipment service or support in Semiconductor Industries will be an added advantage
Good command of written and spoken of Mandarin and English
willing to travel
