Requirements:

1. ( 7 ) Years Working Experience
2. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
3. CPA or MBA is desirable
4. Excellent Oral & Written English
5. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
6. Knowledge of ERP or MRP systems and of internal accounting systems is crucial
7. Cost management or high-tech company application experience preferred
8. Proficient computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
9. Excellent organizational skills
10. Able to develop and maintain policies and procedures consistent with, and in support of Eclipse Inc and the Eclipse Finance Department’s continuous improvement policies
11. Able to develop, maintain and foster partnerships with individuals both inside and outside of the company using excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
12. Must have a strong sense of integrity
13. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
14. Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

1. General direction of all financial and accounting functions of Eclipse Suzhou
2. Manage, assign and supervise finance dept staff
3. Directs preparation of reports and special analyses
4. Manage cash flow
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to HQ office
6. Assist with HR to pay payroll and claim individual income tax
7. Lead month close
8. Organize and prepare the audit for Chinese statement report and HQ statement report
9. Leading annual enterprise income tax settlement
10. Assist with HR to claim annual individual income tax settlement
11. Assist with HR to claim annual labor bureau’s settlement
12. Leading annual foreign capital enterprise audit
13. Negotiates and monitors lease contracts
14. Other duties as required
