Requirements:
? ( 3-5 ) Years Working Experience in field sales
? Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
? Knowledge of Air properties/Air movement and Heat Transfer would be an advantage
? Excellent Oral & Written English
? Good communication skills at all levels
? Well-developed customer communication skills
? Good computer skills, including use of ERP systems and all Microsoft Office products
? High level functional use of Microsoft Excel
? Ability to read and check engineering drawings
? Personal traits should include a high energy level, adaptability, good analytical skills, innovative, and oriented towards effective teamwork
? Must be self-motivated, quick and willing to learn


Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries regarding Exothermics products selection, placement of orders for standard products and services, requests for prices, quotations, and complaints
? Expedite orders and requests for literature
? Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to insure that customer needs are met
? Process customer orders and credits
? Manage sales order contracts
? Access, update and maintain records for individual accounts
? Ensure customer satisfaction through preparing general correspondence and coordinating customer service needs with other functions as required
? Serve as customer contact (by telephone or email) regarding such matters as pricing, scheduling and shipping
? Sells Exothermics products and/or services by interacting with established customers
? Prepare quotes for simple non-standard products
? Assist with support of Key Account customers
? Provide Exothermics product support
? Perform other duties as required
