招聘要求（Requirement）:
1.本科以上学历/Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.三年以上的外企生产工作经验/Min 3 years working experience in production within a foreign company or similar.
3.较强的持续改善工作经验/Strong CI background with track record.
4.较好的沟通以及交际能力Good communication and social skills
5.英语读写说熟练/Fluent in English (verbal and written)

主要工作职责(Main JD):
1. 负责管理过滤器生产线包括品检工作/Report to SC Manager and supervise in-house production including QC
2. 持续改善及优化生产线的人力、物力以及机器，降低生产成本，做到及时交货/Continuously improve and optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment in production. Lower converting costs. Produce according to plan and on time.
3. 执行公司的HSE制度以及工作区域的纪律/Ensure HSE standards and worksite discipline.
4.有效的执行工作区域的作业指导书，保证产品质量，保证工作区域的5S工作/Work in close cooperation with HSE and Logistics functions to ensure full compliance. Strictly follow instructions or SOPs, quality and engineering requirements. Help to investigate quality problems and implement corrective actions. Enforce 5S on the floor.
5. 负责管理生产整个团队，包括招聘，培训，激励，绩效考核等事宜 ，控制加班时间/Manage the team of the subordinate people, including recruiting, training, compensation and incentives, performance evaluation, COTs, and other related issues. Control overtime work and labor efficiency strictly.
6.保证生产设备的良好状态/Keep good condition of equipment, tooling, gauges, etc. Maintain good record of maintenance, reparation, using, and other required logs.
7. 设置设备的工艺参数，管理产品的生产技术/Streamline the process flow. Set process or equipment parameters. Work with Application Engineering and other technical people to introduce new product production technology.
8. 设计和改善设备工艺/Design or delegate equipment and tooling layout, configuration and specifications. Approve the request on the purchase of replacement parts and tooling. Receive and inspect the incoming equipment, tooling and spare parts.
9. 主管安排的其他工作/Other responsibilities that are deemed proper by the supervisor.
