?    配合工程师支持产品的顺利生产，包括但不限于：样品的验证，流程文件的编制，流程的改善，工程变更的执行，其它岗位员工的培训，以及其它产线相关的非直接记录文档工作等；
?    严格按照图纸工艺或操作规程进行预检、测试、最终检查等操作；
?    能保质保量完成主管每天安排的生产任务以及质量和安全目标；
?    建议、发起或推动生产改进的方法。如提高设备利用率、产能、工艺流程、工作环境等来提高工作效率、质量指标和减少浪费。
?    记录、维护日常生产记录和报告，确保有效的跟踪和持续改进；
?    指导和推动新进员工的岗位技能培训，确保新员工如何安全有效地完成工作业绩。
职位要求：
?    25～40周岁
?    大专或大专以上学历，机电类、化学类或其它工科背景，英语要求较强的读、写能力,具备听、说能力优先；
?    从事过机电类产品的组装、测试工作3年以上，有大型企业工作经验优先。
?    体格健壮，动手能力强，能独立完成工作任务。
?    有很强的质量意识，和5”S”观念；
?    有吃苦耐劳精神，能适时配合加班；
