Leading/supporting in a team environment and global environment cost reduction / cost out projects, product -----Cost estimating, developing standard work, layout, capacity analysis, coaching and so on

领导/支持外界或集团团队进行降本/项目或产品成本估算—成本评估，标准化作业的开发，布局，成本分析，现场指导等等。

Assist in the coordination of the capital spending program, insuring accuracy of BOL and workphase within ERP system, and assisting in new product launch

对金额耗费大的项目给与支持，确保ERP系统中BOL及工作阶段的准确性，支持新项目的运作。

Responsible for administration, management and oversight of capital projects

负责主导、监管整个金额重大大项目。

Pre-planning for manufacturing system design

提前规划执照系统的设计

Process documents checking, such as Flow chart/PFMEA /WI and other related process documents

Leading process team to make and meet their annual KPI

Team work with Quality department for quality issue resolving

Continuous process improvement to achieve higher operation efficiency and quality requirements

Cooperate with EHS to prevent any injury

与EHS合作以规避工伤

Lead and participate cost saving projects to meet annual saving target

Control team expense within budget

Provide or coordinate technical training and support to technicians

Accomplish other tasks from management.

任职要求

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/electrical engineering or industrial engineering

本科及以上学历，机械、电气工程或工业工程等专业

At least 7 years work experience; at least 2 years managerial position experience in automotive wiring harness, commercial vehicle wiring harness experience is preferred

至少7年以上工作经验，2年线束行业管理职位经验，商用车线束经验佳

Good transfer process control of new project

对新项目的转移控制流程熟悉

Good computer skills at Excel, Word, PPT, CAD.

计算机软件熟悉，如Excel, Word, PPT,CAD 等

Lean manufacturing knowledge

具备精益制造知识

Integrity, passionate and flexible
