代合作伙伴柯乾（ClinsChain)（上海）医药技术有限公司招聘，负责客户物流和包装项目的引进和实施，协调和管理项目运作，提供优质的客户服务。

    

工作职责：

1. 负责新项目的引进，和客户确定项目需求和时间表，组织协调公司内部的启动和实施。
2. 按既定流程建立和维护项目相关的数据和文档，确保符合营运质量的相关要求。
3. 作为客户的代言人，对项目的运作进行监控，协调和推动，推动营运目标的达成。
4. 作为面向客户的服务窗口，提供优质的服务，对客户的需求做出及时专业的响应和处理。
5. 协调公司和客户之间的沟通，接待客户来访，代表项目管理部门参加客户的质量审计。
6. 对客户投诉和质量问题进行迅速反应，推动调查和整改，最大程度减少负面影响。
7. 倾听客户的意见和反馈，推动公司内部持续的改进。

                                

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上毕业于物流，工程，生产或其他相关专业。
2. 3年以上生产/仓储/物流项目管理和客户服务经验，熟悉医药行业，临床供应和GSP/GMP营运环境者优先。
3. 学习能力强，有较强成长发展的意愿，有比较好的抗压能力。
4. 拥有良好的责任心，协调沟通能力和团队合作能力, 以客户和结果为导向。
5. 良好的英文书面和口语能力。
6. 熟悉Office办公软件，有ERP系统使用经验。

                            

The project management supervisor will be responsible for the introduction and execution of  logistics and packaging projects, project coordination and management and provision of excellent client services. Key responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for introduction of new projects. Defines project requirements and timelines with the clients. Organizes internal functions to kick off and execute the projects.
2. Establishes and maintains project related data and documentation according to the defined procedures and quality standards.
3. As the client advocate, monitors, coordinates and drives the operation of the project to hit the defined operation targets.
4. As the client service window, provides excellent services by in time responding and professional handling of client’s requests.
5. Coordinates client communication, hosts client visits, participates in client’s quality audit on behalf of project management function.
6. Promptly responses to client complaints or quality issues, drives investigation and corrections, exerts efforts to minimize negative effects.
7. Listens to client’s feedbacks and drives continuous improvement for better client’s satisfaction.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in manufacturing/supply chain/engineering or other relevant disciplines.
2. >3 years operation experiences gained in project management or client services in manufacturing, warehousing or supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or clinical supply industry. Knowing about the GMP and GSP environment will be definitely an advantage.
3. A quick learner, eager to grow and to be developed, able to work under pressure.
4. Accountable, a good communicator, with good teamwork spirit, result/client oriented
5. Excellent written and verbal English skills
6. Familiar with ERP operation function and office applications.
