代合作伙伴柯乾（ClinsChain)（上海）医药技术有限公司招聘，作为公司营运的负责人，全面负责公司的采购，包装，仓储物流，项目管理和进出口以及厂房设施维护等营运工作

工作职责：

1. 负责日常营运工作，确保营运的开展符合质量和既定流程的要求。
2. 推动营运的持续改进，不断提高营运质量，效率和客户满意度。
3. 支持公司新业务，对新业务进行营运评估，制定相应操作流程。
4. 组织建设营运团队，提供培训，关注员工职业发展。
5. 负责厂房和相关设施设备的维护，确保达到良好的营运状态，符合公司质量要求。
6. 开发和管理营运相关供应商，建立良好合作关系，推动供应商运作的持续改进。
7. 代表营运部参加各类质量审计。
8. 负责营运相关质量问题的调查。
9. 负责公司的EHS管理，确保公司有一个安全，健康的工作环境。

                          

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上毕业于医药，物流，工程，生产或其他相关专业。
2. 5年以上医药相关的生产或物流管理经验，熟悉GMP/GSP等质量管理规范者优先考虑。
3. 拥有良好的协调能力，领导力，团队合作能力和抗压能力。
4. 良好的英文书面和口语能力。

                    

As the overall operation responsible, the operation manager will be in charge of purchasing, packaging, warehousing/logistics, project management, import/export and facility/equipment maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for day-to-day operation, ensures that operation is carried out in full compliance with quality requirements and defined standards and processes.
2. Drives continuous improvement of the operation for better quality, efficiency and customer satisfactions.
3. Supports new business introduction. Provides operation evaluation and establishes new processes for new businesses.
4. Ensures proper staffing of the operation, grows the team by providing training and career development programs.
5. Responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in good status of operational readiness and in compliance with quality standards.
6. Develops and qualifies operation related suppliers, well manages supplier relationship and drives continuous improvement of supplier performance.
7. Participates in quality audits representing the operation department
8. Leads investigations and corrective actions for all operation quality deviations and non-conformances
9. Ensures a safe, healthy working environment by implementing an excellent EHS management system. 

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in manufacturing/pharmaceuticals/supply chain/engineering or other relevant disciplines.
2. >5 years working experiences gained in manufacturing and supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry. Knowing about GMP and GSP will be definitely an advantage.
3. A good coordinator and operation leader with teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, result oriented
4. Excellent written and verbal English skills
5. Familiar with ERP operation function and office applications.
