       1  Platform Manager for Metal working

• Achieve growth of overall margin of the platform (in absolute value) by developing product solutions that is attractive for all channels and decreasing standard cost
• Implement Global Platform strategy and Industrial strategy in the region
• Develop strong regional market understanding & convey to Global SOA
• Take ownership of complex quality crisis resolution; solve product issues, raw material/semi-finished substitutions
• Take ownership of sales to internal affiliates ; Coordinate with affiliates for supply issues of sourced products
• Supports Plants and R&D, prioritization of R&D hopper, New product introduction and development
• Design and deliver internal technical training

      2. Product Engineering

• Have detailed product and technology knowledge;  utilize this knowledge to provide customized products.
• In charge of quality / testing , in close relationship with the Plants , and qualify outsourced products;
• Support customer needs and resolution of product issues

 

* Typical Education Level 教育背景：

Bachelor or higher, major in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：

Over 5 years work experience at relevant position in industrial area

Good English skills in oral and written

* Preferred personal characteristics 个性特点：

Ability to develop and enjoy strong customer intimacy

Strong communication skills – with colleagues in China as well as Global.
