Role Summary/Purpose

Technical supports to Greater China sales team for Marines/O&G offshore. Will be responsible mainly for pre-sales with electrical system engineering and product applications in Marines/O&G offshore projects.

Essential Responsibilities

- Technical supports and system solutions for penetrating marines markets to drive China sales growth - Assist marine key account for establishing marine business strategies, developing and maintaining relationships of corporations -Leading technical discussions/communications for marines/O&G offshore projects on electrical system/equipment package opportunities -Collaborations with proposal team for preparation of bidding documents technical for marine projects. -Contacting with design Institutions/ engineering firms, customer to communicate on the technology, promoting products/ system and making spec-in for preference on marine projects -Providing technical trainings to sales team and customer on GE marine solutions; -Participating with PM/NPI program for gaps, comparisons and new products by identifying new trend and to meet marine application needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

-Bachelor degree or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related -At least 10+ years experience for power distribution system, incl. 5+ years on Marines/O&G offshore fields -Familiar with Marine Standards certificates requirements as DNV, ABS, CCS, etc. Know-how on the system solutions for marine application -Know Marine vertical value-chain and decision process -Design engineer preferred -Capable of communicating in technology English, particularly of this field
