Essential Responsibilities

- Lead all aspects of Supply Chain Department for M&C Xinhua plant by achieving goals in fulfillment, quality, production, productivity management and EHS for the operation. - Technically understand and develop GSCM processes. - Lead lean and Six Sigma initiatives, drive business-wide communication of best practices and align the Supply Chain for growth. - Provide a solid interface with other GE Energy organizations and appropriate functions on all financial and production metrics. - Drive and maintain a positive culture and work environment

Qualifications/Requirements

- BA/BS Degree - Minimum of 7 years manufacturing leadership experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience with manufacturing policies and regulations established by GE as well as government and commercial customers - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and procedures. - Strong oral and written communication skill - Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified (internal)
