1. To ensure the AK/EK panel are finished according to the Work order;根据工单及时完成车头车尾的生产

2. To ensure the DD case cable is prepared according to the plan, no any delay for DD production;根据计划及时完成DD箱子装线，不能延误DD的生产

3. To ensure AK/EK/TL/Motor are cable connected in time;保证AK/EK/TL/Motor及时接线

4. To ensure each panel is tested before delivery to assembly workshop;保证每个电板在发往产线之前都经过测试

5. Ensure no excess material in workshop and enough material for production;保证有足够的料，确保生产不缺料

6. Set up the SOP for the each station and ensure operators follow the SOP;制定每个岗位的SOP，确保工人按要求作业

7. Set up the right cycle time for each work , and continually measure and compare to those goals;制定合理的工时，持续关注和比较

8. Control the products quality to ensure no quality complains from customer side.确保产品质量，保证客户的零客诉

9. Keep a good 5S for working area form training operators and company regulations;保证工作区域的5S执行，培训员工了解公司的制度

10. Operators and team leader management, to keep a positive working atmosphere, and strictly disciplines.员工和组长的管理，保持一个积极的工作氛围和严格的纪律

11. Make sure the tools and fixture is given to operators in related station.确保相关岗位的工具充足供给
