a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
- Being able to communicate fluent in English, both written and verbal, as well as in electronic mediums such as CRM
Programs, Power Point, Excel, Word etc;能够流利的用英语沟通,能够用CRM程序,Excel,Word等产品。
- Extraordinary communication and 'people skills' 较强的沟通能力和人际交往能力
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills 是出色的销售人员和具有杰出的谈判技巧
- Excellent sound judgement and business sense良好的判断力和商业头脑
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team 有过成功激励和领导团队的经验
- Mature leadership style regarding presence, behaviour and credibility成熟的领袖风格包括仪态,行为和信誉

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
- With a degree in mechanical engineering with special knowledge in business administration or with a degree in
business administration or similar with a strong technical background

- Proven success record in similar sales positions 在类似的销售岗位具有成功的经验记录
- Knowledge about the existing target markets and competitors are considered to be an advantage
对现有的目标市场和竞争对手的认知也是一种优势
- Already familiar with non welding hydraulic applications is also considered to be an advantage
熟悉非焊接液压应用也是优势
- Strong experience in dealing with foreign customers具有和外国客户打交道的丰富经验
- Knowledge and acceptance of foreign culture and attitudes态度和知识与接收关于外国文化
Overall experience in the above mentioned work environment at least more than 3 years

c, Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
- Setting sales targets for individual representatives and your team as a whole, according to company guidelines.

- Recruiting and training sales staff. 招聘和培训销售人员
- Allocating areas to sales representatives. 给销售代表分配区域
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets. 发展销售策略和制定销售目标
- Door opener to knew or further markets(开发新市场)
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- (检查团队的销售业绩,激励他们完成目标)
- Compiling and analysing sales figures. 编辑与分析销售情况
- Dealing with some major customer accounts (key accounts). 处理一些大客户(主要客户)
- Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales确定销售订单
Collecting customer feedback and market research. 收集客户反馈和市场调查
- Reporting back to senior managers. 报告给高级管理人员
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Structured response and input to the marketing department.
