岗位要求

1. 房地产，统计学，经济学，城市规划等专业本科或者研究生在读学生。

2. 具备中英文报告写作能力

3. 具备良好的逻辑思维和分析能力

4. 具备数据收集和分析方法的知识和能力

5. 具备较强的MS Office Word、Excel及PowerPoint等软件
