Main Responsibilities

1. Provide training support to the Savills China offices

2. Work closely with the office and department heads to identify the training needs and generate the yearly training plan

3. Develop, design and deliver the internal training courses in each China office to meet their various training needs

4. Source suitable training courses from external training vendors

5. Update the training database and compile the training report

6. Travel required

   
   

   Requirements

7. Bachelor degree

8. 5+year’s professional experience in trainer/instructional design/implementation role

9. Solid understanding of applying adult learning principles to a variety of learning activities

10. Sufficiently experienced in developing training materials and manuals

11. Excellent presentation and communication skills (Good oral & written English ability )

12. Excellent PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

13. Preferred one to three years real estate related experience

14. Responsible, initiative, self-disciplined team player
