Job description: 职位描述：

As a web developer for Shooting St@rZ you will take part in making our marketing and online strategy a success.

Your main focus will be on develop our Tao Bao and TMALL online stores together with our graphic designer and sales team, as well keeping it up to date with the latest styles, news and information.

You will further take part in our online marketing strategy, developing newsletters and other related marketing materials.

做为Shooting St@rZ的网店运营专员，你将是市场部的一份子，促成网络销售的成功运营。

你的主要工作是同平面设计师、销售团队一起运营并维护我们的淘宝、天猫商城的网店。同时确保网店内最新款式的及时更新以及各种信息的发布。

另外，你的工作也需涉及到网络销售战略，开发新的网络市场推广手段。

Requirements: 岗位要求：

1. You have a college degree or above and has a minimum of 3 years experience related to web design and development. You furthermore have extensive previous experience developing and maintaining Tao Bao and TMALL stores.

1. 本科及以上学历，至少3年网页设计／开发的工作经验。有大量开发及维护淘宝、天猫网店的经验。

2. You have a strong passion for online business and marketing.

2. 对电子商务及市场开发很有激情。有电子商务工作经验者优先。

3. You have good PC skills and can as a minimum understand basic English both oral and written.

3. 良好的计算机操作水平。最基本的英语听说读写能力。

4. You work well both independently as well are a team player. You are detail oriented and works well under pressure during busy periods.

4. 独立的工作能力，但又同时兼有良好的团队合作精神。工作有条理，有良好的抗压能力。

5. You have a creative mind, eager to learn and have a positive mind and approach towards people.

5. 创造性思维，好学，工作积极，喜欢与人打交道。
