这些测试机的其中一种比较熟悉，比如Credence/TMT ASL 1000 or ASL 3000, Teradyne Catalyst 系列，Teradyne ETS-88, Teradyne J750等等

1. Act as a leader for CP management: key role

1) Build, lead and manage the CP engineering team.

2) Coach and mentor CP engineering team.

3) Interface with R&D, Plan, MFG and other key internal team members.

4) PDCA for issue resolving and incident prevention and update FMEA, Control Plan and SOP timely.

5) Act as the ultimate owner of teams' performance.

2. Analog wafer product engineer:

1) Focus on the analog wafer performance evaluation and analysis.

2) Summary and feedback the low yield information to relevant sections by BPM system

3) Co-work with Fab/FI(Foundry Interface)/DE(Design Engineer) to find and solve the wafer issue.

3. Test engineer:

1) Drive multi-site test program for CP UPH/Output improving.

2) Analyze and solve the test issues occur on production line if line technician can't resolve.

3) Manage the test programs and hardware.

4) PDCA for product yield/chip probing method continuous improvement.

4. NPI:

1) Support in new product transfer.

2) Track the yield and find if there is something need to be improve.
